Manitoba Land Surveyor
We are seeking individuals who are currently commissioned as M.L.S that would like to join our team or are interested in becoming a Manitoba Land Surveyor.
Responsibilities of the Land Surveyor will include: supervising field crews, computations and analysis of fieldwork and preparation of necessary documents (Plans of Subdivision, Easement Plans, Staking Certificates, Building Location Certificates, Condominium Plans, etc.)
Civil Engineer / C.E.T.
Our expanding role in land development requires the services of a Civil Engineer and Civil Engineering Technologists. We are looking for individuals to fulfill these full time positions.
Responsibilities of the Civil Engineer will include, land development, assisting with proposals, cost estimating, contract administration, directing technologists and drafters, overseeing the design of grading plans, storm sewer, land drainage systems, and road design. Application and knowledge of local provincial and municipal standards considered a plus.
Qualified candidates will have a minimum of a bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering. Candidates must be eligible to register with APEGM, current licensure as a professional engineer in Manitoba.
Responsibilities of the technologists position would include, construction site inspection, survey data collection and layout, AutoCAD drafting, project supervision, and design.
Survey or Geomatics Technologists
We require the services of technologists to work in legal and construction surveying. We are looking for energetic and dynamic individuals that can work independently with medium supervision. We are seeking employees for both seasonal and full time positions.
Full time position candidates require a minimum of a diploma in surveying or geomatics program from a CTTAM recognized institution or completion of same in 2007.
Working knowledge or experience with AutoCAD LDT, Civil 3D, municipal design, GPS, survey instruments, legal surveying techniques, and construction layout considered a plus.
